1413 Edition Gin

Bottled exclusively for The University of St Andrews this gin is a celebration of heritage, place and craft. Named the 1413 Edition, it pays homage to the founding year of Scotland’s first university, a beacon of learning for over six centuries.

Distilled and handcrafted at our distillery on the east coast of Fife, we are inspired by the same wild coastline we share with St Andrews. Using locally grown and carefully chosen botanicals, this gin is deliciously layered, warming with gentle baking spice before drifting into a softly gingery, earthy finish

A spiced contemporary gin that is full and rounded. It uses 10 botanicals including cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger to create a warming character with woody sweet spice.

BOTANICALS Cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, clove, ginger, juniper, cassia, coriander, lemon peel, grains of paradise, angelica root

Notes

NOSE Orange, pine needles, rosemary, cinnamon, coriander, peppercorns and clove

TASTE Mixed spices, ginger, freshly ground pepper followed by a hint of orange zest

FINISH Coriander, nutmeg, sage, and a dry lingering peppery finish
