USA Shipping Updates

On the 30th of July, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order which outlined further changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.  The changes come in to effect on the 29th of August.

We’re currently making some important updates to ensure full compliance with new regulations. As a result, shipping to the USA is temporarily paused. We expect to resume shipping in early September. 

What this means for our customers in the USA

From now on, duties and taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout - so you’ll always know the final cost before you pay. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Your order will ship with Postal Delivery Duty Paid (PDDP), which means we’ll handle all duties and taxes directly with USA Customs before your package arrives.
