St Andrews Starter Pack – Terms & Conditions

Starter Pack Contents

The St Andrews Starter Pack includes the following items:

• Bed linen
• Duo gift set (soap & lotion)
• Everyday mug
• Sticker
• Phone wallet

All items are supplied as a fixed bundle.

Collection

• Starter Packs are only available for collection at checkout.
• Collection will be available from the 5^th September at the Students Association.

·        Customers are responsible for collecting their Starter Pack by 19 September (within 14 days of 5 September).

Bedding Information

• Customers must check and confirm their hall bed size before purchasing.
• Once bedding has been opened, it is non‑refundable for hygiene reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

• Starter Packs are non‑exchangeable and non‑refundable once purchased.
• Items within the Starter Pack cannot be exchanged, substituted, or mixed and matched.
• Individual items from the pack cannot be returned separately.

General

• All items are subject to availability.
• The University of St Andrews Shop reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Starter Pack at any time.
• By purchasing the Starter Pack, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
